On the agenda
This interactive workshop provides you with the chance to reflect on your self-presentation, your thoughts, and the habits that arise from them. In addition to this reflection, you will receive tools to help you cultivate greater confidence in a professional work environment.
Learning goals:
Understanding the key principles for building confidence in any setting
Gaining deeper insights into your personal strengths and identifying tools that can enhance your confidence
Reflecting on your current successes and recognizing what strategies are effective for you
Achieving career success by developing skills that enable you to excel creatively and present yourself effectively
Individual assignment
For each workshop, you need to hand in a small but mandatory assignment (15-20 minutes) as part of your preparation. If you do not hand in the assignment before the deadline, someone on the waiting list will get your place in the workshop. Also, please be aware that space is limited. If you are selected but cannot make it, please let us know on time so we can select someone else.
Please note that by registering for this workshop, you are committing to full participation in the entire workshop session, including all scheduled parts; partial attendance (e.g., only the first or second part) is not permitted
